Processing Time
The time I need to prepare an order prior to shipping varies. Please allow 3-5 business days (M-Thursday). Processing time does not include shipping.

 

Custom Orders/Requests

Please inquiry about these types of orders prior to submitting. This will allow me to better prepare for your incoming order, to assist in a smoother process for both parties.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Rates & Speed
Shipping rates and speed varies per each item. Rates are calculated by weight of items. Shipping is currently offered for USA only, though we can ship internationally too with email contact. Please contact prior to ordering for International shipping cost and a custom invoice.

All items come with standard ground shipping (7-10business days). Though you may choose to upgrade to Express (3-5 business days) for an additional charge. We are not responsible for shipping delays once in transit. Please plan ahead and accordingly for Holiday seasons. Shipping arrival for Holidays is not guaranteed, as we have no control of it once its in possession of mail carriers. We just provide tracking to help you follow along.

Refunds
All custom (ie: stain choices, designs, names, sizes, etc.) orders are made to order and all purchase are final. All other non-personalized orders will have choice to be exchanged or given store credit for future purchases, upon return of ordered items at purchasers expense in same condition as received.


 

Returns & Exchanges
If for instant for item arrives damaged or broken during transit, please contact me within two business days (from delivery) with photos of damaged item/s and its packaging. I will gladly replace the said item/s upon proof of damage. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order, before writing a negative review out of frustration.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable/hygiene products                                       **(like food, flowers, some accessories, and apparel)

  • Digital downloads


Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations
I don't accept cancellations on private or custom orders after placed. All other instances, orders maybe canceled with in 24hrs of ordering.

Covid-19
All items are created in a safe environment, away from the public. Delays during transit are possible. In the instant I test positive, the shop and orders will be postponed for 14 days for mandated quarantine. If you have an order in place, I will contact you for further options.
